UNMATCHABLE MARKETING!

One of the problems that I see in these online marketing blogs is that they dont post too often, I mean I’ve seen a lot of blogs that claim that they are earning more than $10k/month out of blogging, and they post just 2-3 times per day, and some of them post once every few days.

Me I’m different so far I was able to make 30 posts per day, and i just cant see any reasons why I will not be able to do the same in the future, especially that I intend to start using some guest bloggers to help me with the article creation.

This is a bad thing because for example if you start enjoying a blog you will start visiting it more often, and if you see the same old content everytime you visit it, after some time it will get frustrating that you are unable to see something new, and it’s only a matter of time until you will stop visiting that blog.

Google anounced some time ago that they will be starting a new advertising program that will be included into adsense where the affiliates will get paid on a CPA (Cost Per Action) basis. This seems to be an alternative to all the other big affiliate networks.

Publishers will have access to a list of affiliate programs where they will get paid for an action (sale or lead), that will be completed on the advertiser’s website.

This type of affiliate program will be great, I’m sure it will be a complete success for google, because this way the advertisers wont have to worry for the click fraud problem that it’s very often encountered in the Pay per click industry, even google cant control that type problem. And also the publishers will be paid on a more convenient way because they will get paid for the actual value that they are bringing. If they are sending only high quality visitors they will be rewarded, if they will send just junk clicks they will get nothing.

I will find this new google idea very challanging and I will try it both ways, as an advertiser and as a publisher, and I will give you some feed back on this.

The new nokia comunicator just arrived. Now it’s called E90. It looks a lot better than its predecesor Nokia 9500, it’s a little bit smaller, and it has some really cool features:

I will buy one but I think that I will do that 6 months from now, I’ve heard a lot of people saying that they started to have problems with it, even if it’s brand new, so I guess it’s not good to get a cellphone from the first lot, because you it wont be bugfree, and also you will have to pay the maximum price for it.
My 9500 comunicator can still be a good gadget that I can trust.

Long term online projects so far proved to be the most rewarding one. You must plan your life on long term all the time. The reason why most people have financial problems is because they only think on shor term. They only want to feel good right now, and they dont think on to the future.

Today I ran into an interesting quote: “The best way to predict your future is to create it”. This can be interpreted that you should wait and see what happens next. You should know exactly what are you doing each moment of your life, and you must take action, dont wait for bad things to happen, act now so that only good things will happen.

Even this industry is like that you must always think on long term. For example if you want to earn money online really quick you must search for a good affiliate program, and start promoting itby using Pay per click search engines. Unfortunatly these type of things dont work forever, some ppc campaigns are successful for 1 week others for few months, and it’s rarely when a ppc campaign survives for more than 1 year. If you see online marketing like this you will spend all your time searching and searching for affiliate programs that can be promoted by PPC, and at the end of this journey you will have nothing.

But if you see things different, and you use more of your time to create something to add value to a website, to educate people, to create a community, to create a website with lots of content, and lots of quality links, that will rank well in the organic listings of the search engines, and other stuff like that, the more time passes by the more money you are earning, You wont earn money in the first 2-3 months, these months all you have to do is work each day 12-14 hours per day, and after that time passes by you will start to see income coming in. In order to be able to do something like that you must start creating a website in a domain that you really like, because only if there’s passion you will see some good results.

One of the main problem with the affiliate programs that are currently available online is that their website is not converting. There are so many of them that have poor designed, with a lame sales text, and are expecting that the affiliates will just send them a lot of traffic, they dont care about how their website looklike because they are paying only when somebody buys something.

There has to be more and more affiliate programs where the merchants are motivated to create a website that has a high conversion rate. They must be aware that with their current status they will be going nowhere.

When I’m selecting a website to promote I always look at it and I never try to promote websites that are looking worse than my current websites.

Also another way to see if their website will convert great for you is to check if they are advertising their website on the top 3 PPC search engines (yahoo, google and msn). If they are present there, it will tell you something, if they can afford to be on top 3 and pay that kind of money to get traffic then it means that they have a good conversion rate and that they also have a ROI out of that PPC traffic, and they are also offering the most out of each trasanction that they can afford. This is not a general rule, but most of the time this is how things are.

I was search the blogosphere about a certain topic and I was able to find a blog that had an article about what I was searching for, and unfortunatly that article was really big it had 7 thousands words I think and it was really hard to follow, and in the end I gaved up reading it.

What I’m suggesting to you is to write short with few paragraphs, and a lot of things that makes it more entertaining like pictures, bold words, links
& other things like that. Only this way your message will be highly effective.

The internet user is different than the reader of a news paper or a book. Just like the people that are reading books are different from the people that are reading newspapers.

You must know that the internet user is looking for short pages with lots of multimedia content, and that he will never stay hours and hours just to read one of your articles. It gets him fustrated to do that. And he will give up after a while.

So everytime you have to create an article please be short and dont make it too long if you want your users to be happy.

I joined shareasale as a merchant and I had a pay per lead program that I was promoting, I was able to offer a really competitive commission.

I managed to get lots of affiliates since I was the featured merchant for one week and they started to promote my website I was getting a lot of leads, but unfortunatly most of them were low quality leads, and i didnt had much profit out of this business,even if I know a lot of things about being a merchant, I even brought a book about being a merchant, that was written by Shawn Collins it is called Successful Affiliate Marketing For Merchants. Many of the affiliates that join my program were from outside US, and their websites were poor quality websites. In the end I stopped using shareasale. And since that time I just left this dream of becoming a merchant and letting other people to work for you.

Right now I think that if you really want to earn a serious income on long term online, you must definetely start working a lot and creating something unique, something that the internet needs.

Shareasale is one of the affiliate networks that offers a lot of programs, there are currently more than 2200+ affiliate programs that you can join and start earning money. The merchants that joined shareasale are small website that were attracted by shareasale because they are offering some really low cost startups I rember that you had to pay around $250 in order to join their network as a merchant.

I have been able to find some great pay per lead offers at this affiliate network, and I have been promoting them for a long time, but during the last month I dont why one of the main merchant that I was promoting went offline. After that I contacted them to ask what is happening and they told me that they decided to stop their relationship as a merchant with shareasale.

As an affiliate I must say that SAS are pretty good, they always paid me on time, and they never missed a check. I just cashed in a check that I received from them 2 days ago.
