I have found this interesting story about a 17 years girl from USA, that is earning $70k/month out of just one website. Her website is http://www.whateverlife.com/. This website is offering free templates for myspace. I find it quite an interesting story. She is able to monetize pretty good a free service, that she offers.She got an offer of $1.5 million dollars from Value Click and she turned it down. I think that’s a mistake, she could have taken in the cash and moved on to a next successful business. Right now myspace is fading down because more and more people start using facebook.com. So I guess the future of myspace is not as bright as it should.
She managed to earn that kind of money and get that kind of traffic because the service offered went viral, people told one another about her website and this is how she got the traffic. Also myspace is one of the most visited websites on the internet, so there’s a lot of people and a lot of money involved in this business.
There is this online marketing business that isnt quite used by the market experts. And I’m talking about blogs and communities sites. This is a story where we all have learned something: that it’s possible to capitalize on another success, like myspace that had an icredible success.
Apparently she was obssesed with website design since she was 9. And I guess this is the only way you can build something that will have a great success. Be obsessed with what you are doing, so that it will become your number one priority.

Regarding her website, I dont like it it’s too pink, I guess if her main target was teenage girls, they like pink websites.
