I am reading to a beautiful book written from Andy Sernovitz, entitled Word of Mouth Marketing: How Smart Companies Get People Talking.

They are not here to make of a book review (the book is rich of cues and interesting ideas), but to share with you that the author calls The Manifest of the Word of Mouth Marketing, that is the marketing of passes word, to my opinion one of the best shapes, provided that it is spoken well about the company, or the object of the argument:)

Here The Manifest, the list of the 12 councils supplied from the author:

1) The happy persons are your better advertizing shape. You render the persons satisfied.

2) The marketing is easy. You obtain the respect and the recommendations of your customers, they “will work gratis for you”.

3) Ethics and bonds services come first of all.

4) You are that your customers say, not that it says your publicity.

5) The WoM marketing negative is inopportune. It listens and it learns.

6) The persons are always in listen. Your single opportunity is to begin a conversation.

7) Or six interesting, or six invisibile.

8) If it does not have value to speak of, it does not have value to make it.

9) You render the history of your company good.

10) And’ more amusing to work in a company where the persons want to speak with you.

11) USA the power of “passes word”, in order to make to make people better transactions.

12) Greater the Honest marketing produces gain.
