What you can do is to send them an email to their online support team, promiss them that you will plan to spend a lot of money by using yahoo search marketing and that you have big plans working with them. This way they will be nicer with you and treat you better. And they will ask you to give them the list of keywords that you want to upload to that advertising campaign.
